The Branch Calendar gives you a week-at-a-glance view of every post scheduled across your branches. Each branch gets its own row, so you can quickly see what is going out, when, and where.
Opening the Branch Calendar
From the sidebar, navigate to Calendar.
The calendar opens in Week view by default. If you are currently in Month view, click the Week toggle in the top-right corner of the toolbar to switch.
Reading the Week Grid
The week grid is organized as a table:
Rows represent your branches (locations/accounts). Each branch name appears on the left side.
Columns represent the seven days of the current week, with the day name and date shown in the header.
Today's column is lightly highlighted so you can spot it at a glance.
Each scheduled post appears as a small color-coded block inside the cell where its branch and day intersect. The block shows the scheduled time and platform icons (for example, Instagram or Facebook).
Color-Coded Statuses
Post blocks are colored to reflect their current status:
Color |
Status |
|---|---|
Light green |
Published |
Dark green |
Scheduled / Approved |
Orange |
Pending Approval |
Light red |
Changes Requested |
Blue |
Draft / Requested |
Red |
Rejected / Failed |
A legend at the bottom of the calendar page also summarizes these colors for quick reference.
Navigating Between Weeks
Use the controls at the top of the calendar to move through time:
Click the left arrow to go to the previous week.
Click the right arrow to go to the next week.
Click Today to jump back to the current week.
The date range for the displayed week is shown in the header (for example, "March 16 - 22 2026").
Filtering the Calendar
The filter toolbar above the calendar lets you narrow down what you see. All filters apply to both the Week and Month views.
Branch -- Select one or more specific branches to focus on. Only posts targeting those branches will appear.
Status -- Filter by post status such as Scheduled, Approved, Published, Pending Approval, or Changes Requested.
Platform -- Show only posts targeting a specific platform (e.g., Facebook or Instagram).
Tags -- Filter by branch tags. Choose whether posts must match any or all selected tags.
When filters are active, a Clear filters button appears so you can reset everything in one click. The total number of matching events is displayed next to the view toggle.
Viewing Post Details
Click any post block in the grid to open a detail panel on the right side of the screen. The panel shows:
The post's status badge (e.g., Scheduled, Published).
The scheduled date and time.
A platform preview of the post, including the caption and attached media. If the post targets multiple branches, you can switch between branch previews within the panel.
A View Full Details button that takes you to the full post editor.
Staggered Scheduling
If a post uses staggered scheduling (different times for different branches), it will appear in the correct time slot for each branch individually. This means the same post may show up at different times -- or even on different days -- across branch rows.
Tips
Only branches with scheduled posts are shown in the week view, keeping the grid compact and easy to scan.
Your organization's week start day and time format (12-hour or 24-hour) settings are respected automatically.
Use the Month view for a higher-level overview, then switch to Week view when you need to see the branch-by-branch breakdown.
