If you need to reset your password, Rool makes it easy to get back into your account. This article walks you through requesting a password reset link and setting a new password.


Requesting a Password Reset

If you have forgotten your password or need to change it, follow these steps to request a reset link.

  1. Go to the forgot password page. Navigate to the Rool forgot password page from the sign-in screen or by visiting the forgot password URL directly.

  2. Enter your email address. Use the email address associated with your Rool account.

  3. Click "Send reset link." Rool will send a password reset link to the email address you provided.

  4. Check your email. You will receive an email containing a secure link to reset your password. Click the link to continue.

Tip: If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. You can also return to the forgot password page and click "try again" to request a new link.


Setting a New Password

After clicking the reset link in your email, you will be taken to a page where you can set a new password.

  1. Enter your new password. Type your new password in the "New Password" field. Your password must be at least 8 characters long.

  2. Confirm your new password. Type the same password again in the "Confirm Password" field. Both entries must match.

  3. Click "Reset password." Once your password has been updated, you will see a confirmation message.

  4. Sign in with your new password. Click the "Sign in with your new password" link to go to the sign-in page and log in using your new credentials.


  • Expired or invalid link: Password reset links expire after a period of time for security reasons. If your link is no longer valid, you will see a message letting you know. Click "Request a new reset link" to start the process again.

  • Already used: Each reset link can only be used once. If you have already reset your password using that link, simply sign in with your new password. If you need to change your password again, request a new reset link.
